Our Free Shipping Service

Shipping method: Airfreight to the local UK followed by delivery.

Your order is handled and delivered by our sales and delivery professionals who ensure timely delivery, assist with setup, provide product consultations, and demonstrate usage of purchased items.

Shipping cost: No additional cost for the customer.

Delivery time: Delivery takes 7-10 working days. We arrange scheduled times according to your convenience and conduct in-home product setups and demonstrations. Typically, delivery may take around 30 minutes, depending on your order and demonstration needs.

We use a dedicated courier service for deliveries through this website; other delivery companies are not accepted. We do not handle overseas deliveries. Note that cancellations cannot be made after dispatch.

If your order hasn't been shipped within an hour, contact customer service to cancel.

Delivery delays might occur during high order volumes, stock shortages, or holiday periods. Thank you for understanding. If delivery fails due to unknown addresses or prolonged absence, the goods will be returned to us. Please note, credit card payments bear no tax, and online payment orders incur a cancellation fee (contact customer service for refunds).
