Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product for any defects or shipping errors before use. If you require a return or exchange, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accommodate requests made after this period.
Returns & Refunds
Approved returns will initiate refund processing within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
A confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete. Refund receipt times depend on payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 1-15 business days
Expired Payment Cards
For security reasons, refunds are only issued to the original payment card. If your card has expired:
- Contact your card issuer (bank/financial institution)
- The issuer will facilitate the receipt of funds
Refund Amount Discrepancies

Important Notes
Original shipping fees and insurance expenses are non-refundable. This policy does not affect your legal rights under current consumer legislation.
