How to Apply for a Return
For personal reasons: Within 14 days of receipt, email the after-sales service center if resale is unaffected. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
For quality reasons: Within 14 days of receipt, email service@aionlyb.com. Customer service will handle your application within 1-3 business days, and we will cover return shipping costs.
About returning: Contact the courier company about returns within 14 days of receipt. Once the courier receives the item, they will inform us about refund details. We will complete your refund within 15 business days. Please provide the order number, name, phone number, and contact our 24-hour online customer service.
